Welcome to York CBT Clinic

We are an independent Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Trauma Service providing effective psychological therapy for members of the public, employers and organizations.

Our clients include the Armed Forces, Emergency Services, BUPA, Norwich Union and medico-legal partners throughout the UK.

Our clinical team are all experienced psychotherapists who hold senior positions within the NHS and are accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

We are able to offer appointments throughout the Yorkshire region with our main clinic based in York, conveniently situated in a quiet, private setting close to the city centre. We also hold regular clinics in Leeds, Doncaster, and Harrogate.
